In Person Registration--REQUIRED

Attend one of the following dates to complete your child's registration

Location: Roads Department Building, 601 Northern Ave, Hagerstown MD 21742

Dates Available: 
  • Jan 14, 12-2pm
  • Jan 23, 6-8pm
  • Feb 3, 12-2pm
  • Feb 20, 6-8pm
You will need to bring with you: 
  • Birth certificate
  • 3 proofs of residency (or if you are in one of our feeder schools we will use a school enrollment form in lieu of 3 proofs of residency. Our feeder schools are: Fountaindale, Paramount, Potomac Heights, Northern Middle)
  • Medical waiver (on registration confirmation page or can fill out in-person
  • Registration fee (if you are paying in-person, payment can be cash or check)
